“We have 315 pupils at a beautiful woodland campus in Hockley, Essex, and were rated Outstanding by Ofsted in January. Target Tracker has really helped us in improving standards and preparing for inspection. We’ve also used the reporting tools to showcase our work and demonstrate progress during the Ofsted inspection process; it’s helped enormously.

We’re now far more confident in measuring our own progress; no one really talks about levels anymore! We’ve managed to completely move on and make the process our own, with everyone comfortably using Target Tracker to monitor how we’re doing.

The best thing about Target Tracker is that it’s easy to use and all the information that feeds into it is current. The trainers are very good, and once everyone understands the software, all staff know how their pupils are doing and can monitor their learning journey. The helpline is also really useful as it provides current information when you don’t quite know where to go. As a new headteacher six years ago, it was all very daunting, but Target Tracker made things so much easier. I wouldn’t be without it!”
