“The process of Appraisal is now much simpler”
SchooliP is the chosen school improvement solution of Tudor Hall School, an Independent girls’ boarding and day school locating in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As the Director of Co-Curriculum and Operations, Sadie Lapper has been leading SchooliP for her schools since its implementation in March 2023. Sadie has very happily shared her experience a few times over her tenure using the SchooliP solution.
“We are just getting to grips with this as we are approaching the end of the first year. It is proving useful to see areas of strengths and areas that require development. Seeing all the questions and trends from questions is really useful in ascertaining whether we are meeting our SDP targets.”

Sadie also spoke about the time saving benefits of the platform, highlighting how all of the automated processes are a huge help in the day-to-day life of a school leader.
“All of the forms are automatically populated on SchooliP therefore there is no need to find the form, complete it and upload it.”
SchooliP is a designed to get people involved in their own professional development by allowing them access to portfolios containing an activity feed, objectives and monitoring areas, and CPD requests. Sadie has said that by allowing everyone to be directly involved in the PD it improves staff well-being, productivity and helps to save time
“This allows staff to share their work with their line manager, thus meaning they feel valued and noticed for their contributions.”
Finally, Sadie was asked how SchooliP has helped to improve school processes as a whole.
“The process of Appraisal is now much simpler, everything is accessible in one central place which saves time, meaning more time can be spent on other areas of school life.”
